Warranty Policy

At Emperor Baby, we are committed to providing quality products for parents and their little ones.

Please note that warranty coverage is only available for selected products as stated below.

 

PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

BUMPER BED

Our Bumper Bed comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of receipt.

STROLLER

Our stroller comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product’s workmanship or functional components under normal and proper use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

• Fabric, textile or upholstery materials
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, stains, fading or discolouration
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence or improper handling
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly
• Damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s care, usage or maintenance instructions

Please note that fabric-related issues are not covered under the warranty for both Bumper Bed and stroller.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT WARRANTY

Unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page, all other Emperor Baby products do not come with a warranty.

However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can assist you accordingly.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your Bumper Bed or stroller has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please contact us at hello@emperorbaby.com within the applicable warranty period.

To submit a warranty claim, you will be required to provide:

• Valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or original receipt
• Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem
• Any other relevant information requested by our team

A valid original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims without an original invoice or receipt may not be accepted.

We may require the product or affected part to be returned for inspection before the warranty claim can be approved.

WARRANTY RESOLUTION

Once the claim has been assessed and confirmed to be covered under warranty, Emperor Baby will determine the appropriate solution based on the nature of the defect.

The solution may include:

• Repair of the affected part or product; or
• Replacement of the affected part or product with the same or an equivalent item.

Any repair or replacement provided under warranty will be subject to product availability and the condition of the product.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not covered under this warranty.

Emperor Baby reserves the right to assess each warranty claim based on the condition of the product, the nature of the reported issue, and whether the issue falls within the applicable warranty coverage.
